目前市場上主要有兩個體系：品種觀音和製程鐵觀音。

這是一款製程鐵觀音，採用金萱種製作而成的鐵觀音。

風味上保留了鐵觀音的獨特氣息，但比正欉鐵觀音多了一股柔順和輕盈感。

綜合了鐵觀音和金萱烏龍的優勢，

形成了一款柔順清新又帶著功夫焙火韻味的茶品。

茶湯新鮮高雅中富含傳統功夫茶的韻味，讓人彷彿沈浸在森林之中。

每一口都能感受到大自然的清新氣息和傳統焙火的深厚韻味,

因此得名「森作」。


【建議沖泡方式】

茶與水比例為1：20，溫度100度。

第一泡90秒(不洗茶)、

第二泡50秒、

第三泡50秒、

第四泡60秒，

依此類推，依個人喜好做調整。
