落在這片位於新竹雪山靠近合歡山的自然農法東方美人茶園

剛製成時
他的香氣極為豔麗
像是撲不滅的大火纏留在你的口腔裡
與一般東方美人極為不同的香氣令我們映象深刻

時隔一年，再將他拿出來品飲
我們發現他變了。
著蜒蜜香依舊明顯，不過變得更加內斂。
特有的花果香，會讓人想要更加細細的品飲，
抓住茶湯在口腔的每一絲風味，
他的著蜒蜜香，像是一種玫瑰花香與蜂蜜滋味纏繞的產物，
真的很難用1-2樣東西就能形容得清楚。

100度的沸水開湯，絲毫沒有一點苦澀感，
藉由特殊的沖泡手法，讓他的茶湯稠度表現至極致，
這種香氣、這種口感、這種享受的感覺，
那個當下，真的讓人忍不住一杯一杯的喝。
