Description

白雞冠

岩茶中特殊品種，因為茶種的關係，它無法作太重的浪青、發酵及焙火，
所以稱為岩茶中的白茶，也可稱為岩茶中的皇后，茶乾呈現灰黃、黃綠色，茶湯中帶有一股鮮味，
類似菌菇湯底、無鹽雞湯底的鮮味，喝起來的香甜香、輕柔感等等，
都會讓人喝起來有心曠神怡的感覺，雖然完全其風格與其他岩茶非常不同，是其可以成為四大名叢之一的原因。
