Description

整體而言，「岩骨花香」用來形容正岩茶是毫無疑問的，然而吳三地產區並非一般世俗公認的正岩產區，卻屢屢創下與正岩茶區不相上下的高價，原來是來自於其特殊並優良的生長環境。


實際沖泡：
第一泡10秒出湯，初聞有花香及水仙品種風味，初露芬芳，表現出優雅而不輕浮，細膩又不鬆散的茶茶湯。並且喝完口腔有清涼感。
第二泡20秒出湯，岩茶力道開始凸顯，增強了茶湯的結構性，並充分表現水仙岩茶的風格，沉韻厚實的壓舌感，恰到好處的收斂性，再再體現了「醇不過水仙」的武夷名言。

從此之後，岩茶應該要有的「骨鯁」感便一直貫穿至7-8泡，每一泡中間增加10秒時間，隨著泡數越來越多，骨鯁持續著，但隨之而來多了甜水的尾韻。
接著繼續沖泡，吳三地產地的苔蘚風味愈發清楚，在茶濃度慢慢降低的情況下，越能喝到此款水仙的欉味和生長環境的風味。

「岩骨花香」在這款吳三地水仙中表露無遺，沈穩的口感和深遠的尾韻，更體現了傳統名欉的特色。
若要說，肉桂是近年來許多茶友們的寵兒，那麼水仙便是許多老茶人們心頭上的那股對武夷山的初戀味了。
