牛欄坑屬三坑兩澗核心產區的坑澗茶，有別其他地區的肉桂，牛欄坑的肉桂以細膩著稱，條件良好的牛欄坑微氣候，讓牛欄坑的肉桂桂皮香細緻深沉不張揚，卻深入脾肺，鑽入心扉。
那辛辣桂皮香和肉桂的苦甘尾韻，巧妙的平衡在口腔內。香氣中隱隱約約帶著牛欄坑特殊的青草香。
