木質花香的老底子黑茶

淨重：70克（7克×10）
原料：2016年春茶
風格：清新的木質花香（似檳榔香），帶無鹽柴魚高湯味，溫柔表現的純淨黑茶。
工藝：黑茶的老工藝初製，不須灑水即可發酵的乾淨製作環境，陳化至2024年包装

“穆作黑茶687”的產品原料選自深山野放的群體種茶樹，採用黑茶的傳統初製工藝製作、柴火焙乾
自2016年製作完成後陳化8年，再包裝上架。
好的黑茶香氣應該是清新的，而內質是醇厚的。

“穆作黑茶687”的香型為木質花香，類似檳榔花開放時的檳榔園香氣，帶點清涼感。茶湯純，回甘明顯而久

穆作黑茶687”可泡可煮，泡以100°C沸水開湯，回沖數道後改泡為煮。
重泡輕泡皆不會有不好的口腔感受

煮的萃取效率較高，煮出来的木質花香深邃濃郁，可以作爲黑茶老底子做法的代表風味之一。


建議沖泡方式
茶水比：7克（1珠）：水110-130毫升，沸水開湯，前三泡坐杯 5-8秒出湯，之後依照個人偏好調整坐杯時長即可
（請務必沸水開湯，開湯温度不足可能会影響茶的風味表現）。
也可以沖泡數道後改泡為煮，持續品鑒茶在不同階段的美好風味。
