1990年代宮廷普洱熟茶—金針白蓮

傳統輕港倉，已退倉。

「港倉」是指利用香港獨特的地理環境，讓茶葉加速發酵醇化，使茶在短期內變得好喝的一種普洱茶文化。
一般等待2-30年時間慢慢後發酵才達品飲期的老生茶，入港倉短短幾年便可達到適飲。
完美的港倉茶在儲存的環境與時間上必須精確掌握，一旦過頭則容易導致「濕倉」，使茶葉產生具刺激性的霉味或悶臭味，也是所謂的「臭舖茶」。
一般存放港倉過後，茶品會被拿出選擇放在相較乾燥通風的環境下，藉由與氧氣的接觸並將過量的水分抽出，如此「退倉」數年，使茶葉產生出蛻變後的風味。
2002年後，港倉茶在普洱市場上已經絕版。故現今儲存良好的老熟茶，對老茶人們來說是夢幻逸品般的存在。
