Description

山場環境良好、工藝傳統、製作精良、炭焙細火慢燉。

茶湯溫而不躁、通透明亮、琥珀光澤。

茶乾呈灰黑色、乾燥緊結、茶香入水、杯底留香。


「如石之乳韻，如岩之山泉。」

目前較少見的茶品，早期為貢茶，但產量很少。這款石乳喝起來有特殊花香味，但喝到的花香味及聞到的花香味不一樣，有壓舌感，礦物質感重，好像要開始苦了又沒有苦下去的感覺，持存度很持久，每一泡都持續著以上敘述的味道，茶湯層次豐富、帶有因品種及焙火而提出的奶香，同時有花果香、奶香及厚重礦物質感的味道。

岩茶建議沖泡方式

茶水比例1:20，溫度100度

第一泡10秒(不洗茶)，第二泡～第四泡15-20秒，

第五泡30秒，第六泡40秒，以此類推沖泡數十泡後，依個人喜好調整。

建議最後可將茶葉放置保溫杯悶煮或是以銀壺慢燉一個晚上，更能將叢味完整體現。
