經特殊焙火工藝，入口後感受到些微的老茶酸味及烏龍香，吞下會在口中形成一股甘甜，隨著唾液的增加而越顯清甜，此特殊口感市場上少見。
第二泡之後酸味便越趨減少，但甜味依然存在一直延續至第六泡。


【建議泡法】
茶葉：容器=1g：20ml、水溫：100度熱開水。
第一泡：1分30秒。(建議不洗茶，以保留茶葉的營養素)
第二泡：50秒。
第三泡：50秒。
第四泡：1分鐘。
第五泡以後依個人濃度喜好決定秒數。
