採自台灣北部自然農法栽種之"紅心歪尾桃"，
也就是正統的鐵觀音茶種。保留傳統鐵觀音製程，以文火慢焙，
反覆焙火總計160個小時的工序，
製成一款具有熟果香，不帶火味卻富含松脂韻味的上等鐵觀音。
熟果香氣豐富，焙火時間長卻不會喝到焙火味，
反而充滿松脂韻味，鐵觀音特性顯著，溫潤舒服。



主要就是陳化程度不一樣(年分差異)：
【2016鐵觀音】：想提早嚐到陳化後的鐵觀音或送人品飲的首選
【2017鐵觀音】：推薦有預算考量，又等不及的朋友
【2018 鐵觀音】：不急著品飲，或想要存茶的朋友
【2020 鐵觀音】：不急著品飲，或想要存茶的朋友

【建議泡法】茶葉：容器=1g：20ml
第一泡：1分30秒。(建議不洗茶，以保留茶葉的營養素)
第二泡：50秒。
第三泡：50秒。
第四泡：1分鐘。
第五泡以後依個人濃度喜好決定秒數。

此批鐵觀音為茶樹栽培後第五年、第一次採摘，
與其他年份鐵觀音相比，熟果香更為濃郁香甜。
