「白鷺」為台茶十七號品種茶菁，生長於花東縱谷一帶。
利用當地優良的山型與水質，生長出氣質非凡的茶葉。
白鷺茶獨特的蜜桃香和特有杯底花香。
經過傳統長時間室內萎凋，使其發酵出輕花果香的台灣烏龍氣韻。多泡後更顯烏龍底韻。



【建議泡法】
茶葉：容器=1g：20ml。水溫：85-90度。
第一泡：90秒。(建議不洗茶，以保留茶葉的營養素)
第二泡：40秒。
第三泡：50秒。
第四泡：60秒。
第五泡以後依個人口味調整。
