產自新竹的東方美人茶，青心大冇種。
經小綠葉蟬叮咬後自然產生的獨特蜜香味，一直是許多人心目中的瑰寶。
然而陳年的東方美人茶，尤其是存放得宜的老東美更是少見，是瑰寶中的瑰寶。

這款老東美，產自西元2000年，
距今23個年頭，新茶的輕盈和不穩定早已沈澱，
歲月換來的是沈穩的蜜香著蜒滋味，
帶著陳化過後東美的特有柑橘香、佛手瓜、以及百香果氣息，
香氣沈穩而優雅，真如具有氣質的熟女韻味。
口感喝起來十分圓潤，茶膠質充足，微微酸韻又甘甜蜜香又滑潤。

茶乾的狀態因為得宜的倉儲所以看起來十分優良，
東美應該有的芽頭白毫，以及紅綠黃褐都有，更可見早期東美的完整度。


【建議泡法】
茶葉：容器=1g：20ml、水溫：100度熱開水。
第一泡：40秒。(建議不洗茶，以保留茶葉的營養素)
第二泡：30秒。
第三泡：40秒。
第四泡：50秒。
第五泡以後依個人濃度喜好決定秒數。
